Two in one Pudding

  
 

 

  
 

1 cup sugar
1 level table spoon flour
2 table spoon lemon juice
a little grated rind

Mix all together &
add 2 egg yolks
1 cup milk

Beat whites stiff and fold in.

Bake slow 1/2 hr.

This makes four cup.

Cool oven 250°F
Slow oven 250–350°F
Moderate oven 350–375°F
Hot oven 375–450°F
